About us

Maastricht Heuvelland Culinary:

When you say Maastricht or Heuvelland, you think of the good life. Of delicious food and a hospitable welcome. Are you looking for the better restaurant for fine wining and dining at the most beautiful locations? Then Maastricht Heuvelland Culinair is the right place for you. The affiliated restaurateurs and tastemakers have the ambition to live up to the title of internationally recognised top gastronomic region every day. They do so by constantly surprising with their culinary achievements. By stimulating the senses with taste innovations, seasonal dishes and regional products. These restaurateurs and master chefs value hospitality highly. Many of them are in unique locations - in the city centre, but also in beautiful spots in the beautiful Heuvelland region. All offer a special ambience. Together we go/stand for 'experience gastronomy'.

Maastricht Heuvelland Culinary has three main objectives: To develop Maastricht-Heuvelland into an internationally recognised top gastronomic region, to activate cooperation between member restaurants and artisan suppliers and other regional parties, and to encourage and support new initiatives in the development of fine regional products.
