Applicability<\/strong>
The general terms and conditions of participating restaurants and tastemakers apply to all reservations and services. Maastricht Heuvelland Culinair only mediates and has no responsibility for the performance of the services by these parties.<\/p>\n

Mediation<\/strong>
Maastricht Heuvelland Culinair acts as an intermediary and provides communication between guests and the restaurants or tastemakers. The final service is the responsibility of the respective parties.<\/p>\n

Reservations<\/strong>
Maastricht Heuvelland Culinair acknowledges receipt of reservations. Further contact and processing of reservations is done directly between the guests and the respective restaurants and tastemakers.<\/p>\n

Payment terms<\/strong>
Payments should be made directly via our webshop. All prices include VAT. Maastricht Heuvelland Culinair is responsible for processing payments.<\/p>\n

Cancellations and amendments<\/strong>
Cancellations and changes to reservations always go through Maastricht Heuvelland Culinair and must be communicated by e-mail.\u00a0<\/p>\n

Responsibilities<\/strong>
Guests are responsible for their own safety and property during their stay and activities. Maastricht Heuvelland Culinair is not liable for any damage, loss or injury resulting from the services provided by the restaurants or tastemakers.<\/p>\n

Complaints<\/strong>
Complaints about services should be made directly to the restaurants or tastemakers concerned. Maastricht Heuvelland Culinair will mediate if necessary, but has no obligation to provide a solution.<\/p>\n

Privacy policy<\/strong>
Personal data is treated confidentially according to the privacy statement available on the website. Data is only shared with the relevant restaurants and tastemakers for handling reservations.<\/p>\n

Applicable law<\/strong>
All agreements are governed by Dutch law. Any disputes will be submitted to the competent court in Maastricht.<\/p>\n
