Pure Culinary

Our Maastricht-Heuvelland region has developed into a leading culinary region. A region where gastronomy, craftsmanship and refinement come together. Including chefs such as Hans van Wolde (Brut172), Guido Braeken (Create), Robin van de Bunt (de Leuf), Servais Tielman (Beluga), Hans Kinkartz (Atelier), Gilbert von Berg (Studio), Bart Ausems (Tout à Fait), Maurice Huynen (Hoeve de Bies) and Robert Levels (Neercanne). And also with special producers such as the wine domains Apostelhoeve and Heerenhuys d'r Pley, Darq chocolaterie, Koffiebranderij Blanche Dael, Stroopmakerij Vandewall, trout farm Commanderie 7 and the Eyserhalte, known for its truffles.

Maastricht Heuvelland Culinair, to which they belong, is proud to invite you to an exclusive afternoon where top gastronomy, culture and elegance come together at Château St. Gerlach in Houthem-Valkenburg.

On Sunday afternoon 31 May 2026 between 2pm-7pm, twenty renowned chefs will present a unique experience there and together with regional producers. They will prepare ten refined dishes that reflect the character and richness of our region. The Culinary Summit event ‘PUUR Culinair’.

You will be stylishly welcomed by our hostesses and a welcome glass of the prestigious champagne house Pommery. From then on, you will exclusively enjoy refined dishes, regional wines, local beer and other drinks. You decide at what pace and in what order.

This culinary afternoon goes beyond mere gastronomy. It is framed by an ambience with class: special music, singing, dancing and fashion.

The entrance fee for ‘PUUR Culinair’ is €210 all-in per person, of which €10 will be donated to a local charity.

We would like to welcome you to the first edition of ‘PUUR Culinair’.
