Maastricht Heuvelland Culinary has three main objectives: To develop Maastricht-Heuvelland into an internationally recognised top gastronomic region, to activate cooperation between member restaurants and artisan suppliers and other regional parties, and to encourage and support new initiatives in the development of fine regional products.
