Maastricht Heuvelland Culinair values your privacy. We will therefore process and use your data in a secure manner, entirely in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation. Article 1 Who are we?
Maastricht Heuvelland Culinair is a foundation based in (6212 EC) Maastricht at Sebastianenweg 41. We are registered in the trade register of the Chamber of Commerce under number 41077432. We are the controller of your personal data.

Article 2 What data do we use?
Here you can find an overview of the data we process, why we do so, what legal basis we have for being allowed to process this data from you and how long we will keep it.

We process your name, e-mail, address, telephone number and other data necessary to provide our services to you in the best possible way to enable the performance of the agreement. We use this data to make you a satisfied customer. We keep this data for as long as the website is online.

We use your name and e-mail address for sending the newsletter only with your explicit consent and do not keep them longer than you are subscribed to our newsletter.

To manage orders from the webshop, we process your name, delivery address, billing address, e-mail, telephone details and payment method. Without this data, we cannot deliver our products to you. We therefore process this data on the grounds of execution of our agreement.

For invoicing and our financial records, we process your name, company name, billing address, Chamber of Commerce number, VAT number, e-mail address, bank details and outstanding balance. Without this data, we cannot process your payment. We therefore need this data for the performance of the agreement. Based on the legal obligation of the Tax Office, we will delete this data from you after seven years.

In the unlikely event that you have a complaint about our service, we will process your name, e-mail and the content of this complaint in order to reach the best possible solution for you. We will use this data for the best possible performance of the agreement. We will delete data relating to complaints after this complaint has been dealt with.

To enable and optimise this website, we use analytics services. You have given unambiguous consent for us to use your browsing behaviour and related data to analyse and, where necessary, improve our service. We will track your use of our website with Google Analytics and are bound by Google's retention periods.

To enable the posting of comments under our posts or reviews of our services, we process your name, e-mail and message content. With the posting of your message, this data will automatically become visible. We keep this data until you delete your comment or we delete our message.

We obtained the above data from you as a customer because you provided it to us.

Article 4 What rights do you have in relation to this data?
The General Data Protection Regulation has given you a number of rights regarding the personal data you have allowed us to process.

Inspection - You can request to see your data at any time.

Amendment - If you want to have your data amended, corrected, supplemented, blocked or deleted, you can submit a request to that effect. You can also change some data yourself in your personal order account of our webshop.

Objection - You may object to the processing of your data on the legal basis of Maastricht Culinair's legitimate interest.

Data transfer - Should you wish to transfer your data to another provider, we will provide your data in a structured and common form that can be accessed by common digital systems.

Withdrawal - Where we have processed data based on your explicit consent, you have the right to withdraw this consent. This may well affect the services we are able to provide to you.

Article 5 Who will receive your data?
Maastricht Culinair will not provide your details to third parties unless this is necessary for the conduct of our business or required by law. Your details may be passed on to processors and parties involved in the performance of our agreement. We will not resell your data to third parties.

Cookies are small pieces of information that are sent to your browser when you visit our website and are then stored on the hard disk or in the memory of the device you use to visit our website. These cookies will not damage your devices.
